In no event (except for death and personal injury arising from our negligence) shall we be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from or in any way connected with the Site or your use of or reliance upon the Content or any information you obtain by means of the Site whether based on contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty or otherwise, even if we or any of our suppliers has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

Your statutory rights in relation to any goods or services purchased through the Site are not affected.

Product Descriptions
World of Wedding Favours Ltd attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, World of Wedding Favours Ltd does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by World of Wedding Favours Ltd is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition and in original packaging.

Delivery and Price of Products
Most products are despatched on a 24hr service by our courier usually within 1-3 business days from the date of order but can take up to 14 working days depending on stock availability. Personalised products are normally despatched from our warehouse within 7-21 business days from the date of order.

We are not responsible for late delivery that is not in our control. We cannot be responsible for customers who input the incorrect delivery address when placing an order. Delivery will be to the address given by the customer. It is your responsibility to check for parcel delivery once you have had a confirmation despatch email from us. You can contact us to request a tracking reference number, but it is your responsibility to chase any non-delivery of items with our courier.

Please note that delivery charges may vary according to goods purchased or type of delivery service (eg. express or overseas) required.

Our courier will attempt to deliver your parcel on two (2) separate occasions. If you are not available to receive and sign for your order on either occasion, your parcel will be taken to your local post office collection depot. The courier will post a delivery card through your letter box advising you that delivery was unsuccessful. If you do not collect your parcel from your local collection point within 21 days, it will be returned to us. Please note that in this case, you will have to pay an additional charge of £4.95 per parcel that is returned to us, plus the standard delivery fee for the items to be re-delivered to you.

Next Working Day Delivery
We will process and despatch any item displayed with a next working day delivery time if the order is placed before 11am.

If various items are ordered containing a non-next day delivery item, then your order will be despatched usually within 1-3 business days subject to stock availability.

Please Note: We will request a signature for proof of delivery on all orders.

Value Added Tax (VAT)
Prices displayed on goods include VAT (where applicable) at the standard rate of 17.5%

IMPORTANT:
The price of each product is clearly stated on our site. It is possible that customs may impose additional import duties and charges to orders outside of the UK. Unfortunately, this is outside our control and as such you, the customer, will be responsible for any such charges. World of Wedding Favours Ltd are not responsible for these additional charges.

We advise against confectionery, candle and other perishable deliveries to warmer countries and/or in the UK summer months when temperatures are high. We have no control over temperatures during national or international deliveries and so we cannot accept responsibility for any deliveries that have been heat damaged.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit/debit card online, using the various cards shown on the Site. Payment will be debited from your account immediately after you place your order.

We also accept payment by cheque, however the goods cannot be despatched until the cheque has been cleared. If you wish to pay by cheque, simply add your items to the shopping cart and select the option to pay by cheque at the checkout stage. Then print off your order and mail it to us with your cheque payment.

You may also order by telephone from 9:00am to 5:00pm GMT Monday to Friday, by calling 0845 373 2703 (UK only) and +44 1227 719 121 for International callers. Please make sure you have the product codes available and the exact quantities, along with your shipping address and payment details to hand.

By placing your order by telephone or postal order, you agree that you have read, understand and fully agree to these terms and conditions.

Our Returns and Refund Policy
World of Wedding Favours Ltd pride ourselves on offering high quality products and first class customer service. When you receive your wedding favours, we want you to be 100% satisfied and nothing less! Therefore, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all of our products except bikinis, cameras, edible items, personalised products, natural petals and sale/clearance items. Please note that bikinis, cameras, edible items, personalised products, natural petals and sale/clearance items are non-returnable and exchanges or refunds will not be authorised on these type of items.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email using our online contact form or call us on 0845 373 2703 (UK only) or +44 1227 719 121 for international callers, within 10 days from the date your items were despatched, so we can authorise your return. Items sent back to us that are not authorised or are outside our terms and conditions will NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at a cost of £4.95 to cover postage and handling fees. If you do not agree to pay the £4.95 for us to return the items, then they will not be re-delivered and all items will be destroyed after 7 days of us receiving the goods.

Please note that ALL returns must be authorised and sent back to us within 10 days from the date of despatch, unused, in original packaging and in a resellable condition for an exchange or full refund. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. All delivery and handling costs are non-refundable.

When returning your items, please make sure to include the original invoice otherwise your returns procedure will be delayed. We advise that you return your items on a Recorded Delivery service that requires a signature for proof of delivery as World of Wedding Favours Ltd will NOT accept any responsibility for items that get lost in the post or undelivered. It is your responsibility to ensure items are safely returned to us within the 10 day returns period.

It is your responsibility for the cost of returning the goods.

All credit card refunds will be subject to a 5% transaction fee.

Order Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order provided that the item(s) have not been despatched.

All cancellations will incur a 20% cancellation and administration fee. We will not accept cancellations on personalised items or SALE items.

Claims for Loss or Damage & Discrepancies
Any claims for loss or damage to a parcel or it's contents including discrepancies must be reported to World of Wedding Favours Ltd immediately by phone and in writing within 3 business days from receipt of goods.

All damaged items MUST be returned to World of Wedding Favours Ltd, before replacements can be sent out. You will be credited for the return postage.

SALE/Clearance Items
All products purchased on SALE/Clearance are non-returnable and exchanges, refunds or cancellations will not be authorised on these products.

Ordering Personalised Items
World of Wedding Favours Ltd will print your personalised items exactly as you enter them when you place your order. It is NOT the responsibility of World of Wedding Favours Ltd to correct spellings, add punctuation or insert capital letters. Please ensure that you enter any text as you wish it to appear on your personalised item.

Revisions to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime. By continuing to use the Site following any such change you will be deemed to have accepted such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether these terms and conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any such change you must immediately stop using the Site.

Jurisdiction and Other Points to Consider
If you use our site from locations outside of the UK, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any action you, any third party or we, bring to enforce these Terms, or in connection with any matters related to this Web Site, shall be brought only in the courts of England and Wales and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts.

To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate World-of-Wedding-Favours.com and/or its affiliates' intellectual property rights, World-of-Wedding-Favours.com and/or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in the UK, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Any other disputes will be resolved as follows:

If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Kent, UK. Any costs and fees other than solicitor fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Kent, UK. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

World-of-Wedding-Favours.com may modify these Terms of Use, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you. This is the ENTIRE agreement regarding all the matters that have been discussed.

The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, as amended, is expressly excluded.
