How does our Price Promise work?

If you find an identical product elsewhere before or within 14 days of your purchase from World of Wedding Favours at a lower price than displayed on our web site, then you will be eligible to submit a price match request through our "100% Price Promise!".

The item must be the exact same product in colour, packaging and brand name. We must be able to verify the price you wish us to match, either through the internet or through an advertisement such as a bridal magazine, etc. The advertisement must be up-to-date and the item must be in stock.

We will only price match on products that are made by the same manufacturer or designers and they must be the original and authentic items. Counterfeit or replicas will NOT be accepted.

Coupons, promotions or sale prices from competitors will NOT be accepted for our price promise guarantee. Competitors items must be in stock and available for immediate despatch.

IMPORTANT: Our Price Promise will not be honoured on "companies in distress", "companies going out of business or closing down", "liquidation sales" or items sold on ebay and similar auction sites.

World of Wedding Favours reserves the right to reject any price match request on a product that is not in stock with a competitor or does not meet the criteria of our price promise policy.

All personalised items and customised orders are excluded from our price promise guarantee.
